Q: I love your inventory, how can I rent it for my event?

A:  YAY! We are so glad you want us to be a part of your event! Get the ball rolling by completing our contact form or emailing us directly at rentals@lindseywisedesigns.com.

Q: What quality can I expect on each rental?

A:  We pride ourselves on only renting items that we would want at our own events! Keep in mind though that all of our inventory is not brand new and therefore could contain minor scratches, dents,  or stains. Rest assured that all rentals are thoroughly inspected prior to your event to insure they are up to our high standards!

Q: Do I have to be a Lindsey Wise Designs Wedding/Event Client to Rent Inventory?

A:  No way, Jose! We would love to rent to you even if you aren't one of our clients! We will say our LWD Clients get a pretty sweet discount though! :)

Q: How long is the typical rental period?

A:  3 full days. However, we can be flexible! Check with us if you would like to extend or shorten the rental period.

Q: Is there an order minimum?

A:  Nope, we love orders of all sizes! However, there is an order minimum to qualify for delivery.

Q: What deposit amount is needed to secure my order?

A:  Get on our books by paying a 50% nonrefundable deposit!

Q: How will my orders arrive?

A:  When we deliver your order, your rentals will be packaged in boxes or appropriate traveling containers.  But, we are always willing to unpack and style your rentals, for an additional fee of course! :)

Q: Can I pick-up and drop-off my rentals?

A:  Of course! Any rentals that don't require installation can be picked up and returned to our warehouse!  

Q: What if I break or damage an item?

A:  No biggie! We know accidents can happen! If you damage or break an item, you will be billed a disclosed replacement/repair fee within 7 days!

Q: Can I add more rentals to my contract?

A:  Duh! Email us at any time if you would like to add more rentals to your contract! We suggest you move fast if you are eyeing something since chances are someone else is eyeing it too! 

Q: Can I view inventory in person?

A:  For sure!  We would love to meet you, by appointment only though! Email us to set-up a date! 

Q: When is my final payment due?

A:  Final payments are due 14 days prior to your rental!

Q: How far will Lindsey Wise Designs Travel?

A:  We usually rent to people in the Atlanta area. But, no distance is out of the question. Email us to discuss!   

Q: Does Lindsey Wise Designs Rentals participate in styled shoots?

A:  YESSSS! We would love to contribute to your styled shoot! Email us and fill us in on all the deets! 

Q: I can't find what I am looking for... ugh!

A:  Dang it! Email us and give us details about what you are looking to rent. We have inventory not on our website and we always love to build new inventory!
